"Are You Afraid to Paint" is Nancy Marlin Snyder's FAST PACED 4-hour acrylic painting class suitable for all skill levels from beginners to intermediate artists. In this 1-day, 4-hour class we will create a striking painting of tall palm trees, very evocative of the Florida landscape. We will cover the basics of acrylic painting, including color theory, perspective, lighting, and Nancy's exclusive tips & tricks for establishing a solid foundation as an acrylic painter. By the workshop's end, you will have created the "Tall Palms" painting. The class fee includes all the required supplies, including acrylic paints and brushes. But do feel free to bring any extra brushes or pigments that you may have . This class begins at 10am and runs until 2:00pm. There will be a half-hour break for lunch. Be sure to bring a sandwich or sack lunch for the short lunch break. The Carriage House Studio provides bottled water, multiple coffee & cocoa selections, and various types of snack bars to keep your energy up for this brisk, rewarding workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations for a full refund may be requested up to 5 days prior to the scheduled day of your selected class. You may reschedule to a different class until 24 hours prior to the class you are canceling.
